Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery, provided that they have not been worn/damaged.

Shipping will need to be organized by the buyer and the exchange will be provided if the item is still in its original condition with the original packaging.

We do not accept exchanges on pre order releases.

We do not accept returns.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.

Please check your spam folder as sometimes order confirmation emails get delayed (or marked as spam). If you reach a page with an order number (starting with #CC), your order has been placed. Save this number for your reference.

Our website is integrated with a fraud prevention service that may automatically cancel and refund your order if it does not pass the filters. At this time, we are unable to ship orders to accounts that do not meet their criteria.
