PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER AS SOMETIMES ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAILS GET DELAYED (OR MARKED AS SPAM). IF YOU REACH A PAGE WITH AN ORDER NUMBER (STARTING WITH #CC), YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. SAVE THIS NUMBER FOR YOUR REFERENCE.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO CHANGE OR EXCHANGE ITEMS AND DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNED ORDERS. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE STARTING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS.

OUR WEBSITE IS INTEGRATED WITH A FRAUD PREVENTION SERVICE THAT MAY AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL AND REFUND YOUR ORDER IF IT DOES NOT PASS THE FILTERS. AT THIS TIME, WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP ORDERS TO ACCOUNTS THAT DO NOT MEET THEIR CRITERIA.

IF YOU ATTEMPT TO CHECK OUT MULTIPLE TIMES, YOUR CARD WILL BE AUTHORIZED MULTIPLE TIMES. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR HELP CANCELING ONE OF THE ORDERS. WHEN YOU ARE CHECKING OUT, YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY PUTS AN AUTHORIZATION HOLD FOR THE ORDER AMOUNT ON YOUR CARD. IF THERE ARE ANY VALIDATION ERRORS (ADDRESSES DON’T MATCH, CVV FAILS, ETC.) YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE DECLINED. A CARD HOLD IS TYPICALLY RELEASED 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER IT IS MADE, DEPENDING ON YOUR BANK.

All customers are responsible for taxes and duties incurred on international shipments. For more information regarding taxes and duties, please contact your local customs office.

SHIPPING

We try to get orders out within one to four business days, after your shipping and billing information has been verified. Holidays and sales may delay shipping times. Orders placed on Fridays will be sent out the following week.

 

We ship orders from our warehouses a few times per week, but high order volumes may affect our processing times. We do not guarantee ship dates or delivery dates.

 

We ship via USPS or UPS for domestic and international orders, and Canada Post for orders in Canada. Shipping times will depend on the carrier. Holidays may affect delivery times.

 
 

We ship to most countries.

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on choice of carrier and location, delivery times may vary.

Typical shipping times are:
USPS First Class: 2-3 weeks
USPS Priority: 7-14 days
DHL Worldwide: 3-10 days

Please note that couriers (and we) do not guarantee these shipping times.

Countries we do not ship to: Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Kosovo, Morocco, San Marino, South Sudan.

Due to the global pandemic, our couriers may not ship to certain countries. Please check with USPS, UPS, and Canada Post for more information.

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes at checkout and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

 

We offer free shipping over $200 for domestic (USA & Canada) orders, and free shipping over $300 for international orders.

Below our free shipping thresholds, our shipping cost varies by location.

There are certain items that have fixed-rate shipping costs that are added to your total shipping price, these are mentioned on the product page.

 
 

Your order might ship in multiple packages. If you only receive a partial shipment, don’t worry, we’re working on the rest!

Returns Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once your order has been submitted. Please make sure to double check your order before starting the checkout process. You will have to follow our normal return procedure.
