Gift Card Balance

Have a Level X Black gift card? Here's how to use it and check what's left on it.

Use your gift card at checkout

Add your items to the cart and go to checkout. Enter your gift card code in the gift card field and click Apply. The card pays for as much of your order as its balance covers, and anything left over stays on the card for next time.

Check your balance

If your gift card was emailed to you from our store, open the link in that email to see its current balance.

Gift cards from our previous website still work here with the same code and the same balance.

Can't find your balance? Contact us with the last 4 characters of your gift card and we'll check it for you. Please never send us the full code.
