Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging. Exchanges ship free. Returns receive store credit.

We do not accept exchanges on pre-order releases.

How to start a return or exchange

Use the returns portal on our Returns & Exchanges page. Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout, select the items you are returning, review your shipping options, and print your return label.

Trouble with the portal? Email customersupport@levelxblack.com with your order number and the items you are returning, and we will send your return instructions and label.

Please make sure each item is unworn, unused, and still in its original packaging, and include your order number in the parcel.

Defective or flawed product

If you believe your LXB product has a workmanship or material flaw, please send customer support an email at customersupport@levelxblack.com.

Cancellations

As long as your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel it. Once your order has been fulfilled and you have received a shipping confirmation email, it can no longer be canceled.
